Sugar-free doesn’t mean grill-free. Enjoy any barbecue with these online keto barbecue sauces.
I have a confession to make: I make everything with barbecue sauce. I even added it to tuna mayonnaise(sorry). It also stands to reason that a keto barbecue sauce can be used to flavor(literally) anything.
There are tons of great keto barbecue sauce recipes out there, but sometimes you just need something quick, easy, and ready-made.
Many low -sugar or keto BBQ sauce alternatives used to be just plain bad, but that’s no longer the case. With the rise in popularity of diets like keto, sauce makers are offering more options.
Keto Primo Oh So Sweet Super BBQ Sauce
Okay, I love good packaging and this sauce bottle immediately catches my eye.
However, we’re here to talk about the sauce.
A good sign of any dietary ingredient is that it stands up to the scrutiny of casual foodies.
This passes the test on that alone.
It achieves a nice sweetness despite the lack of sugar, which is partly related to its monk fruit ingredient.
The other ingredients Apple Cider Vinegar, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and Butter combine to create a fully rounded and addictive BBQ Sauce flavor.
And at 2 grams of carbs per tablespoon, it should be perfect for anyone on a low-carb or low-glycemic diet.

Sweet BBQ sauce with stevia
This BBQ sauce is fully ketogenic and sweetened only with stevia. This ingredient gives you a nice sweetness that pairs well with the sauce’s key grilling ingredients.
It contains ketogenic ingredients like salt, vinegar, chili, and garlic.
It contains Worcestershire sauce, meaning it has a hint of sugar due to Worcestershire sauce’s molasses content, but that’s not a full ingredient.

It goes very well with all the meats he has tasted, as well as fish.
They come in “original” or “spicy” flavors, making them ideal for those undecided about hot sauce and those who like to seek out something spicy.
Whichever flavor you choose, each sauce contains just 2g of carbs per serving. Due to its stevia content, it is naturally very low in carbohydrates and sugars, with no need for additives. In fact, it has the lowest amount of sugar I’ve ever had in a BBQ sauce, which is incredible considering how sugary it tastes.
In general, the price per bottle is in the same range as non-ketogenic strains and offers a significantly healthier, sugar-free alternative. All with a big kick. What could not be loved?
G Hughes Smokehouse BBQ Sauce Without Sugar
This classic BBQ sauce has been popular for years and it’s great to see that a keto and sugar-free version is now widely available.
It comes in a variety of flavors(which in itself is pretty rare for foods for dietary requirements!) such as hickory, honey, and brown maple. If you decide to use one, hickory is definitely a better match for grilling due to its inherently smoky nature. Honey also goes great with red meat.
It contains 2g of carbohydrate per tablespoon, with a proportion of the carbohydrate content coming from the crushed tomato. It’s sweetened with a small amount of sucralose.
Tessemae’s Natural Mild Buffalo BBQ Sauce
Like many other sauces on this list, it contains 2g of carbs per tablespoon. It is sweetened with sucralose.
It tastes wonderfully flavorful without being overpowering, and it goes really well with non-keto BBQ sauces.
The taste is more like your typical vinegar-based barbecue sauce. If you’re also looking for a keto vinegar barbecue sauce, this is it.
Additionally, it comes in a variety of flavors ranging from plain spicy to smoked garlic as well as smoked bacon.
Simple Girl Carolina Kick Organic BBQ Sauce
This sauce also contains stevia, making it an excellent choice. The natural sweetener is extremely ketogenic.
With hot, sweet and spicy flavors and a Carolina kick. All three offer a beautiful combination of spice, sweetness, and flavor to create a delicious sugar-free sauce.
Some people might not like the slightly thinner consistency of this sauce, but if you’re willing to try something new, this has a lot to offer.
However, this consistency has its advantages: It contains fewer additives, which makes for an incredible 1g of carbohydrates per 2 tablespoons.
AlternaSweets Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce
This BBQ sauce actually contains two sweeteners in the form of stevia and erythritol, both of which are zero calories and zero carbs.
True to name has a strong smoky flavor. That’s 2g of carbs per tablespoon of sauce, which is pretty normal. In most cases, the carb content of these keto BBQ sauces comes from the mashed tomatoes, not added sugar.
Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Sweet & Mild
There’s plenty in this sauce to add dynamic flavor to your BBQ sauce. It has vinegar, citrus and spices to give it a royal touch.
That strong flavor makes it not only a contender for best keto barbecue sauce, but best barbecue sauce as well.
As a side note, this sauce’s bottle might be my favorite on this list. There’s something about depth, subtle color in a bottle that I love.
It only contains 1g of carbs per serving, is extremely ketogenic and also makes it good for people with diabetes.
