With sturdy construction and roomy cooking grates, the Weber E210 is included right out of the box. But how does it compare to other inexpensive propane grills? Find out everything you need to know with our Weber Spirit E210 review.
The Spirit II E-210 received a much needed update for 2018 with new features and improved performance.
The Spirit has long been an official entry point for newbie grillers. The series has produced grills that vary in size, are more advanced models, and lack additional features that can confuse beginners.
Nonetheless, this is an exceptionally good grill and the perfect introduction to grilling newbies.
Let’s see why this could be the perfect grill for you.
The E-210 is absolutely perfect for grill fans who are new to the grilling game or users who have limited space. It can stand perfectly on small terraces or on balconies.
Despite this smaller size, the grille doesn’t compromise when it comes to performance and even rivals Weber ‘s higher-end Genesis series.
Absolutely one of the best two burner gas grills in the world for grilling, the Weber E-210 offers you excellent value for money. Let’s take a closer look.
Properties of the Spirit II E 210
What distinguishes the E-210? Let’s dive deeper.
Weber grills are known for their durability and the brand’s willingness to offer a 10 year guarantee on this grill is a testament to that.
Throughout their history, Weber grills have been known for their excellence in performance, and their burners are vital to that. These are for even heat distribution and reduce the occurrence of flare-ups or cold spots on the grilling surface.
This reliability comes from the grill’s porcelain-enamelled, cast-iron cooking grates. The porcelain coating is designed to distribute temperatures efficiently across the grates, so you can trust your grill to cook your food evenly.
Little space for cooking
The grill has a cooking area of 450 square inches. While this isn’t small by any means, it doesn’t compare as cheaply to Weber’s more expensive grills.
If you only want to cook for small groups this cooking range is more than adequate, but if you want to prepare larger batches of food it might be worth looking at one of the Genesis or Summit series. , or even his Spirit E-310 ( see it here on Amazon ).
The Genesis range is intended as a direct upgrade from the Spirit, so the Genseis 210 has slightly larger cooking grates and warming racks. More importantly, the Spirit actually packs more power at 26,500 BTUs.
If plenty of cooking space is important to you, then maybe check out the Genesis. For my money, however, the Spirit is a better grill at a lower price.
Weber Spirit E210 vs. Weber Spirit E310
Unsurprisingly, there can be a lot of confusion between the E210 and E310 models.
What do the two have in common and, above all, what makes them different?
They are both very similar in construction and on the surface they appear just as sturdy and durable as the others. Both have excellent porcelain-enamelled cooking grates and similar capacities (26,500 vs. 30,000 BTUs for the E210 and E310, respectively).
The E310 has three burners instead of two, allowing for a little more cooking flexibility; However, this does not make it significantly more important to the extent that one might expect.
For this reason, I would still prefer Weber’s Spirit E-210 to the E-310. The additional costs for the latter are simply not justified by the consideration.
With Weber Spirit II E-210
Along
with the excellent cooking grates, dual burners and solid aluminum construction, the E-210 has some welcome extra features.
It features fold-out side tables and roomy trolley designs that give you plenty of extra space to work while you cook.
The latest version of the grill is also compatible with iGrill 3 , meaning it’s ready to use with Weber’s smart thermometers. The iGrill 3 is a smartphone app-based thermometer probe that makes it easy to set and monitor grill temperatures while you’re grilling.
I’ve always preached the importance of a good grill thermometer, and the iGrill 3 is one of the best you can get.

Finally
When it comes to entry-level grills, there’s hardly anything better than the Weber Spirit II E-210. In its modest size is a fantastic two-burner grill that offers plenty of cooking space, unexpectedly good cooking performance and a secured cooking surface.
If you are new to grilling then this is the grill for you.
